Bitpaper is down for some users in certain locations

There seems to be intermittent site-wide outage for some users.
This is an issue caused by leading 3rd-party provider, with many major European-based companies affected.
We are working with them and expect a speedy resolution, although the. situation is not under our control.
Calls, cursors and user syncing is unavailable/not working properly

We're aware of the issue and we're working on a fix. The issue is caused by a 3rd party provider. We understand the impact to your teaching and our engineers are working on a fast workaround, in case there are delays with the fix provided with the upstream provider.
