A minor disconnection incident was noticed by the team which lasted <30 seconds.

Update 1:

We have provisioned high-availability standbys to ensure continuity of service. Our metrics indicate a relatively stable service for the past 10 minutes.

We have not arrived at a conclusion about the root cause of the issue yet.

Update 2:

We have still not arrived at a definitive conclusion but we are seeing stable usage for the past 16 hours.

Some users with specific adBlockers (uBlock etc) installed as Chrome extensions experienced app crashes, manifesting as Bitpaper not loading at all and instead showing only a white screen.

A new version deployment has caused transient disconnections and intermittent connection issues.
