We have provisioned high-availability standbys to ensure continuity of service. Our metrics indicate a relatively stable service for the past 10 minutes.

We have not arrived at a conclusion about the root cause of the issue yet.

Update 2:

We have still not arrived at a definitive conclusion but we are seeing stable usage for the past 16 hours.
